Ashley has been fortunate that he could combine traveling the world with working as a specialist decorator on many diverse projects, from residential through to commercial environments including office complexes and golf resorts.
Although trained and skilled in the use of paint and specialist decorative finishes, his personal taste and palate is simple and natural. Idealistically guided by the subtle and even minimal.
The environments that we spend most of our time in (this includes where we work) are places that we should design and decorate appropriately to what we really need and want, enabling us to live or work comfortably and happily with minimum fuss.
It is often said that "your home is your sanctuary" we believe that this is true and can help you design it to be so. Design is a sensual thing it is not just about "the look" , it needs to be functional and most importantly, feel right.
Ashley's palate derives from nature, colours and textures with a natural feel and the use of natural materials themselves such as wood and stone. Ashley prefers to use recycled or re-usable environmentally friendly materials wherever possible and endeavors to include sustainable, energy efficient methods and practices.
