Ashley is experienced in the craft of Gilding, he has worked on large projects in Europe and the Middle East where the gold was applied mainly to architectural features, plaster relief such as ceiling roses and cornices in classic Italianate styles. However no job is too small and gold or other metal leafs can be applied to objet d'art ornaments, picture/mirror frames canvas and can be applied as a contemporary feature in subtle forms.
